Delivery & Returns


Deliveries will be made by a carrier nominated by us. Most deliveries will need to be signed for.

Standard deliveries will usually be made within 3-5 working days. We will endeavour to offer the best value for delivery on all items.

The additional shipping rates offerred for fist class and next day delivery usually mean that delivery is made next day, subject to availability and order deadline. The order deadline for next day delivery is 11.00 am though we do our best to fulfill next day delivery even if you miss the deadline. The Next Day service does not include Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands where this is a 2 day service – we can’t do anything about this – it’s down to our supplier. The Next Day service operates Monday to Friday, all orders taken over the weekend are dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

For all countries outside the UK we will find the best option based on cost and speed of delivery. Mostly, these will be displayed at time of order. If not, we will contact you detailing costs at which point you have the option of accepting or declining the costs, if you decline the shipping costs then we will refund all monies paid. Due to local taxes and shipping restrictions to individual countries we cannot always ship all products to all countries.

We will not accept any responsibility for any failure to deliver goods or delay, damage or defect caused in doing so if the circumstances were beyond our reasonable control. We will always do our best to assist you with your complaints to 3rd parties.

International Shipping

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance will be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We advise each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

You should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.


Please note that as a consumer you have the statutory right within the United Kingdom to cancel your order and return any goods ordered in exchange for a refund. This statutory right of cancellation starts on the date that you receive your order and expires on the fourteenth day after the day on which you receive the goods. The distance selling act requires you to notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods and all goods have to be returned to us, unused and in the original condition with 14 days of the notification of your intent to return an item. The customer is liable for all return costs.

Please contact us before returning anything, this safeguards your consumer rights.

When returning items to us it is your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive safe and sound. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post, therefore we would always recommend that you ensure that the package is adequately covered for compensation if lost or damaged.

Damaged Goods

* If an item is damaged on delivery, you should not sign for the item and the courier will return it to us.* If you have signed for an item and then later realise that it has been damaged, you should contact us, either by phone or e-mail. Later, when you send them back, items should be securely packaged and any damage should be clearly indicated.* We will refund any shipping costs, along with the costs of the damaged goods for items that are not being replaced.* Replacement items will be sent at no extra charge.

Faulty Goods

If you are concerned that a product we have supplied may be faulty or not fit for purpose and wish to return it to us for assessment please contact us at

* Any goods returned for assessment should be clean and dry, if this is not possible soiled goods may be subject to delays in processing.* Goods should be accompanied by your name and contact details.* Full details of the perceived fault should be given in a brief letter.* Please note that assessment of perceived faulty goods may take time to complete, however we will endeavour to process all investigations to a reasonable timescale.* If the goods are found to have a fault we will repair, replace or refund the goods (at our sole discretion).* If the goods are found to not be faulty, the goods will be returned to you. REEK perfume, subject to the UK Statutory Right of Cancellation, reserves the right to charge you for the costs incurred in dealing with goods that are found not to be faulty.

Wrong items ordered

* If you have ordered the incorrect item, you can return it as long as it hasn’t been opened and used.* Please contact us first as above.* Amounts to be refunded will take account of the rights of cancellation and the Sale of Goods Act, the customer is liable for the costs of returning goods.* If you would like a replacement item to be sent to you, you may be charged again for delivery.

Incorrect items sent

* If we have sent you a wrong item, please contact us either by e-mail or phone.* We will refund any postal charges that you incur sending incorrect items back to us, and will refund or replace the goods.

Replacement items

* If you have been sent a damaged or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement item of the same value at no extra cost.* If you do not want a replacement item for damaged goods or items sent incorrectly, or if there is not an appropriate replacement available, you will be given a full refund, including any shipping charges.
